    As a family, we have been going to this store for years. My family and I have noticed that something had changed about 5 years ago (maybe ownership). Order number 9558 on the 21st of June 2022, made to wait for online order 35 minutes. It would of been longer but changed my chicken fillet burger with tenders on the burger.
    Hygiene standard in the store was substandard and not fit for food service. Didn't want to sit in the restaurant.
    This was my last visit to this store. Don't waste your time and money at this place. Made no effort to expedite the order or offer solutions.

    They have all day to serve customers but unfortunately not the customers do. I have ordered my food at 11:00am and left with a little bag at 12:15pm. Finally, had the amazing experience on waiting for delicious food. Speedup your staff #KFC

    Terrible. The staff in there clearly aren't trained on how to clean their pots. The food is always terrible and I honestly wouldn't recommend going here. Waste of money and one way to feel sick after. I used to work at a KFC. Their chicken is brown which means they DO NOT CLEAN THEIR POTS

    Worst kfc in Sydney. 2 family members got food poisoning from here and had to have urgent medical attention. They don’t cook their food properly. If you’re going to have chicken don’t eat it from a fast food place.
