They told me first I didn’t need a appointment to open a account so I come in to be told I do need a appointment and waited 1 hour then they told me after I verify my account over the phone i would be done to get another phone call to say I had to come in snd sign yet another piece of paper to then I ask do I need a appointment reply no just pop in snd ask for Woffa to now be told I have to wait again!!!! Never again will I deal with this branch disgraceful customer service

Time to get back to normal and stop trying to automate everything. Machines are constantly down, empty or not operating properly.

I just need to update my profile with my new student ID. 3 of the staff at counter had no idea what's going on. Ask me to wait, I explained to them in in a hurry I can come back another time. They ask me to wait for another staff who will be available immediately because no one is waiting. I had waited for 10 mins but the staff who supposed to attend to me immediately is chit-chat in the room.
