    SHAFIUL ALAM has the worst customer service. This staff member is a shame on westpac bank. Racist and Rude. Been a business seen this type of behaviour is unacceptable. Head office of Westpac bank look into this matter. Worst Banking specialist I have ever dealt with.

    Shafuil, the business banker, is knowledgeable and prompt. Opening trust account was smooth and easy. So easy to get in touch if I have any enquiries. Highly recommend to do business banking with Shafuil at Revesby!

    Shafiul Alam has to be the worst banking specialist I have ever dealt with. I hope head office takes a deep look into this. I’m a business owner and also do my banking with westpac. Worse service by Shafiul Alam.

    I would not ever deal with him again.

    I’m also going to contact head office and make a complain.
