  we purchased several items from this company in early 2016
  we have had nothing but trouble with them.
  we purchased a heated food display cabinet that did not arrived as pictured on thier website.
  It had holes cut in the base for water containers to go in, there was black adhesive melting over the containers, when we complained they told us that we had done this ourselves and that thier models did not come like that.
  after much argueing they actually told me that the fairies must have done it.
  finally technician comes out and admits that we had not done it. They then unpack another of the same display at their warehouse and had to admit it was also the same.
  they replaced the machine.
  one month later, the glass in one side shattered.
  They argue again, then agree to replace the glass.
  the machine doesnt hold temperature properly.
  the motors in the base stop working. they had to send a tech to fix it again.
  then less than ten months old the other side of the machine glass shatters.
  well apparently we did it, we are out of warranty etc etc etc.
  absolutely rude and disgusting people to deal with.
  once you have the machines and they have your money you are on your own. they are the worst company i have dealt with in over 35 years of being in business.
  DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
